Registration & Security


Pre-registration will take place at the Registration Desk located in the pre-function area of the Hilton Garden Inn on Monday, August 7 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. We highly encourage attendees to register Monday evening to avoid long lines on Tuesday morning, and to join us for the Welcome Social. Attendees will need to present a photo ID at check in.

Beginning Tuesday, August 8, the Registration Desk will be located at the Microsoft campus for all attendees for the remainder of the event. All attendees must be registered prior to attending the Opening General Session at Microsoft on Tuesday , August 8 at 8:00 a.m.

Below is the full schedule of Registration Desk and Information Desk Hours. ​As a reminder, the Registration Desk will be located at the Hilton Garden Inn on Monday only; beginning on Tuesday the Registration Desk will move to the Microsoft Campus and attendees will need to go there to register

  • Monday, Aug 7 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Hilton Garden Inn location only)
  • Tuesday, Aug 8 from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, Aug 9 from 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. 
  • Thursday, Aug 10 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. 


Due to tightened Microsoft Campus security restrictions, Dynamics GP Tech Conference attendees will need to present a Government Issued Photo ID in addition to their Dynamics GP Tech Conference name badge each time they arrive on campus in order to gain access to campus buildings.
